Having grown up in the Bay Area, I’ve always appreciated how San Francisco has been on the cutting edge of personal growth opportunities. It’s why I chose to go to graduate school at the California Institute of Integral Studies (CIIS) in San Francisco. The graduate program focuses on depth psychotherapy but also has a holistic approach which includes the mind and the body.

I hold a license as a Marriage and Family Therapist and my therapeutic style is modern talk therapy or formally, relational psychodynamic. I have a Masters degree in Counseling Psychology from CIIS and a bachelor's degree from the University of California at Berkeley. I’ve worked in a variety of counseling centers and non-profit settings, including Well Clinic, La Ventana Treatment Programs, Integral Counseling Center at Church St., San Francisco Marriage and Couples Center and Head Start.
