Bay Area Asian American Therapist
Growing up in the Bay Area, I’ve always valued the area’s diversity and opportunities for personal growth. I chose to get my Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from the California Institute of Integral Studies (CIIS) in San Francisco because of the integral education it offered which included depth psychotherapy, somatic therapies and evidence based practices. I earned my undergraduate degree from the University of California, Berkeley. I take a holistic approach to therapy, taking into account all aspects of my clients' identities, such as their racial and ethnic backgrounds, sexual orientation/gender identity, religious/spiritual beliefs, family of origin, and communities they’re affiliated with. I welcome and work with clients of all backgrounds.
